Good service buying, but when I got the bed frame I purchased it smelled way too strong, and tried to return it, I spoke with 4 different people that were upset I was returning the product. I would have returned to the store for future purchases, but I don't want to go through the hassle if I'm not completely satisfied with the product.

My mom purchased a couch from them. Paid for it and everything. She had 30 days to pick it up. She was trying to sell her old couch then pickup the new one. When she got there to pickup the couch (within the 30 days) they had re-sold it to someone else! Sam's Furniture STOLE her couch and sold it!!! She Owned IT!!! It was paid for!!! NO I'm sorry, NO apologies, NO trying to make it right.

We have purchased several things from Sam's it is a really good way to establish your credit and it's has really nice items they're not the cheap stuff that falls apart. We have bought our living room sets kitchen table sets washer and dryer our bedroom set and just purchased a extra large TV set to go into our room we love Sam's and we will continue to do business with them
I've been wanting to write this review for a long time. First off: I took out a sofa during one of their sales, and when I returned to make a payment. I got a letter 3 weeks later that my payment was due. I called this location to find out what happened to my payment, and why wasn't my contract extended? As it turns out, the cashier didn't process my payment, and the $72 dollars I gave disappeared. I didn't keep my receipt because I assumed Sam's is an honest company who takes care of their customers since I have purchased from them in the past, but what I end up getting is a belligerent manager, I was called a liar, they refused to check the cameras from that Sunday I went in there to make the payment, and the manager basically threaten me by calling The Cops if I didn't return the sofa. I had the full intention of paying the sofa, ESPECIALLY! It being 3 days away from Christmas. So, I got a call that they wanted the sofa back, I told them to come get it, and shove it up their ass for one: Stealing $72 dollars away from me, Two: Taking The Sofa away from me on Christmas eve. Luckily I had the money to go buy another one at Nebraska furniture Mart. I held Sam's at the highest regard for their prices, and service since I did work for them, not anymore. When you take a look at your contract, they are no different than the rest. I would recommend you do not shop with Sam's for any reason, and either go somewhere else or save the money, and buy it cash. Companies love to taever the poor with quick approvals, and credit fixes, but guess what, it's all a lie.
