I felt a bit rushed, however I was able to find a pub dining room table, the overall experience was just ok.
I got a sectional from them and the mechanics of it is messed up, one side leans and all the backs of the couch is loose. This is a bad couch! We asked to trade it for something that would not have the same mechanics and the manager would not even think about it. I have never had this problem with a furniture store. I have buying furniture for 17 years and this couch is the most expensive and the worst quality. They are coming to remove the couch from my home (not lend us another one while its gone) and bring it back after they "fix" it. They tried fixing it yesterday as well. I am grateful they are trying to fix but the couch is going to continue to do the same thing. They do not have good customer service, seems snappy and annoyed.
I went in to look for new dining room tables and chairs that was ruined by a person who was staying with me for a bit. Described what my table and chairs looked like and they showed me what they had. Very helpful and asked about entertainment centers and they asked which one are you looking for the big ones or just a TV stand. They told me if it was a big one they'd have to order it from a catalog. Asked how big my TV was and they actually have a TV stand that would hold my tv and cable box. I'd definitely go back to then for my furniture needs.
I just recently purchased some furniture. An I have to say they are very welcoming and they helped me out a lot.They also compared prices for me... That was a big help!!!! I also got my furniture delivered the same day and the delivery guys were awesome.... If your looking for good prices and friendly people... I highly recommend Maya's furniture and more...
I was told my things would be delivered at 6pm. It is now 7:50pm and I still haven't gotten my delivery. Poor customer service never again will I purchase again from here again.
