I like visiting this store a lot. I visit to see what's new or on sale. Some items or out of my price range but I like looking.
Wish there was a discount program for returning customers.
The table has visible damage from screws being pushed through too far. In two areas. That sucks, but returning is a hassle.
I've made many purchases here. Bad experiences have been made better. Last year we purchased furniture for our bedrooms, returned tonight to purchase a new mattress, bed, and dining room table. Cost only $1.1k.

Me and my husband bought this sectional from BT furnishings and were very exciting that we found the perfect sectional for our home; for the price that we could manage as well !! BUT you get what you pay for less than 6 months later the back of the couch began UNSTAPLING, I assume the plywood in the center of the couch has cracked and caused couch to sink, the springs did not hold up causing our guest and our selves to be sunk into the cushions, we had to place reinforcement cushions under the pillows just not to fall In the couch! When buying the couch my husband asked do they offer a warranty or protection plan the young lady stated that it covers stains and such but the furniture is pretty durable and most of the time isn't needed for our type of material so we declined. The same with a box spring that we bought for my daughter's twin bed; plywood as well I guess it cracked and caved in ... we got wiser and bought better quality box springs and got rid of the couch until we find a suitable replacement. We do not have little children, so nothing has been done to cause this type of damage to furniture in such a short length of time. Needless to say we learned our lesson
They literally have kids working in there who do not help! How are you a salesman? We went in and no one really helped or informed us as to which mattress to chose to go with the bed we selected. Once they delivered it we realized the mattress we chose was entirely TOO small and flimsy!! We called a couple of days later (due to our work & school schedule) and told them we'd been sleeping on the couch because of how terrible the mattress was & asked if we could exchange it. I spoke w/ someone who CLAIMED SHE WAS A MANAGER and told me AS A COURTESY i could bring it in to exchange it. I explained we didnt have a truck she said it was fine as long as we got it there. We get all the way over there (25 min drive) just to be sent back home because there was a SMALL hole on the outline of the mattress (from out trunk) & they couldnt re-sale it. I told them i wanted to return the entire set and keep the mattress since they couldnt take it back.....they then told me id owe a 15% restocking fee!!! This was all after having the bedroom set for 4 days!! Mind you, in my progressive agreement you have 5 days to return something & they dont say anything about a restocking fee. My family was going to come buy things to refurnish their new homes and i sent them elsewhere!
The furniture is affordable. Plenty of options. The store is massive. As usual, I will return again. Will check merchandise in store before driving off if possible.
