The furniture set was delivered ahead of the promised date and set up exactly as I requested. The quality of the furniture here is excellent. The prices are in line with equal high quality furniture that you would find via web searches.
My wife and I had a great experience yesterday. We were met at the front door by a very friendly salesperson. He showed us about 10 different mattresses and was very patient with us during the entire process. Financing only took about 5 minutes and our mattress set is being delivered today. When we purchased our Ashley furniture, the salesperson was helpful, but not overbearing and we had no problem using a 10% coupon we found on the web. We ordered our furniture on Wednesday morning and it was delivered Saturday morning in perfect condition by very polite movers. Just after the delivery, an Ashley representative called to make sure everything went smoothly. So all in all, great service!

I loved the one on one Vanessa gave us. She greeted us and told us how everything was set up and let us explore on our own but, she was also there when we had questions. She took the time to help us decide what we wanted not once did she give me a hurry up face nor adittude. She is seriously the best! She made my first time buying furniture the best experience ever! I loved how the store is very neat and clean. I also loved how Ashley's had their displays set up it wasn't overwhelming with different displays. It's very organized.
Amber processed our payment and played with our kids and was so polite and friendly!
We are very pleased with our beautiful furniture. Hamza assisted us inside the store, and he was very professional and friendly. He let us look around on our own and provided complete, honest information when we had questions.
