I have not received my furniture yet but I must say my actual experience was very pleasant! Tina is an amazing CSR, she was very patient with me and helpful in so many ways... I just had back surgery and my mobility is very limited, she was very understanding of my situation and made every effort to assist me accordingly

I caught them in several lies. This place is a scam don't spend your money here. The warranty is also fake your not covered for anything. They will sale you a broken sofa and tell you all sales are final. Lol horrible business

Very poor be careful of the fake Google reviews to boost them!! I spent 1500 and when furniture was delivered my love seat was damaged they was going to replace same day, waited all afternoon and no one called me , I called to see at 5 pm were my love seat was they told me all love seats they had was damaged but they can give me the floor love seat..I said no I paid for new not a floor piece, they said they had to go to Dallas to get and I would have it the next day. I called at 11 am the next day they said it was in its way by 1 pm still no show and I called up until 4 pm getting an answer machine. I left a voicemail and no return call. I finally called and talked to a Dallas store manager and he did not know i got damaged sofa. Well they delivered and I was at work .They got out quick before my uncle or I could look at sofa fully and guess what damaged as well I am waiting till Monday and will try to reach corporate office I will not give a good review until reaolved . They need to either give me a new set of something else or give me undamaged furniture what I paid for. I also work were many ask me a good place to shop for furniture and trust me I will say do not shop here
