Manager in the kids show room was not friendly at all. Quite rude to be accurate. Very condescending almost like he was talking to his child. Thanks to the sales man Michael was very polite and patient.
Nice furniture, but when employees can't/won't budge on price even when shown much lower price on same product at Nebraska Furniture Mart, then Rooms To Go in the traditional sense has it's days numbered. They also not only wanted to charge a delivery fee, but charge by the piece and again, wouldn't budge. Three other places either had a nominal flat fee or were willing to outright wave the delivery charge. They walk around on tablets but seem surprised when they encounter a customer with a smart phone who can comparison shop right in the store. Either get better pricing or give your employees some flexibility.
They offered a store credit but now they don't have anything comparable to what I have. Nothing that will match.
I will not shop here again.
This is about Troy and what an amazing person he is. I got a flat tire on Bonds Ranch today. Stuck on the side of the road with my daughter in the vehicle. Troy pulled over and asked if he could help. I told him my husband was on the way but he stayed and started helping. Once my husband arrived Troy continued to help us. We were truly blessed that he had stopped. I'm sure we would have been stuck for over an hour with out all his help and knowledge. If you are looking for a trustworthy dependable person, I'm positive he is your guy
Waiting since June (108 days) for repair parts for my love seat only to learn it has been discontinued and they entered the order wrong. Only one cushion showed up and it can't be repaired in my home but has to be taken to their shop. About a 10 day process.
I don't want to say that this was bad customer service, but it was definitely bad experience. I'm bought a living room set couch, love seat and coffee table. Of course, you have to wait a couple weeks for everything to get delivered to the warehouse blah blah blah it's the same everywhere. Well, I paid for delivery, but the coffee table was not going to be ready for a week after the sofas, so I have the sofas delivered and said that I would simply swing in the warehouse and pick up the coffee table. How long could that take?? The answer is between one and three hours. When I got to the warehouse they told me it would be at least two hours. I'm not standing in a warehouse for two hours for a coffee table. I call, and rooms to go tells me that to have it delivered again, I would have to pay another delivery fee! So my choices were to take another half-day off work, or sit in the warehouse on a Saturday for three hours. I told him to keep the coffee table. I have two bedrooms that I also need to furnish and I sure as hell won't be going back to rooms to go. Charging me double delivery because you don't have an item in stock to deliver it with everything else is ridiculous, having a customer wait for three hours in a warehouse for a coffee table also seems ridiculous.
