This is the worst hostipal I ever been at..I had miscarried was force to sit in a chair while some people get a private room..
Front office staff rude and pushy tried to make sign forms and check-in without answering my questions. No one in the office can answer questions about billing/insurance or Prior Authorization. The phone number they gave me to the billing office rang until the phone disconnected. Finally spoke to someone in billing who could not answer my questions at all.
Free valet parking is awesome, the ladies were very nice and respectful.... they took great care of me while I was there.
great care but why are you sending me a bill? that should be taken care of by my insurance. if you want payment, talk to them.
