This experience has helped me a lot. Truly a safe place to be. Misty is the best therapist. She guided me through processing and pushed me to reach the highest I could in my recovery. Without her I don't know how my recovery would go. The chairs suck but the payoff is fulfilling

i was very well taken care of, inpatient and most importantly in the outpatient program my my amazing therapist Misty. They helped me through the toughest time of my life and i will be forever thankful.

To tell you the truth this turned out to be toxic! Fake staff who showed fake kindness students forming cliques rude doctors understsff I was threatened by other patients and made fun of crying wouldn't even help .seriously I put myself through hell and trusted the wrong sources.

I can’t thank this hospital enough! I was needing help with my daughter and this hospital stepped up in every way possible from the wonderful person Hannah we met at intake. To the two business office people who helped me with my insurance questions and helped me set up payments both Jason and Jocelyn are great understanding people they took the time to explain what my insurance covers and understood I’m not made of money and went above and beyond to ensure we were put on an affordable payment plan. When my daughter discharged she was completely different and I can’t thank this hospital enough.

I checked one star but only because I can’t post without it. They do not deserve it.

Don’t do it. Horrible place. The front desk staff is dismissive, rude, and bothered by questions. Absolutely NO communication about cost, procedures, or treatment plan. When you are in crisis, they jump on the vulnerability and pull you in. That’s the end of the communication once your child is in the door. It’s terrifying to call to speak with your child and nobody seems to know who you are talking about. This happpened several times. Most of the staff inside the clinic who I spoke with, and who attended to my child, cannot understand or speak enough English to communicate effectively. My child was woken up to a needle in his arm. They were taking blood, but started without waking him. They scratched him with the needle and scared him to death. My child wasn’t able to go outside because he didn’t smoke. Only smokers get the fresh air. While waiting for visitation, someone brought in a bottle of wine to the front desk staff. Seems inappropriate to me. This was a horrible experience and I will tell anyone who listens to stay far away. They take your money with a smile but that is the end of it. I won’t forgive myself for putting my child through this.
