Best care we could have had. We were treated very very well.
I went here complaining of my back pain and they treat me like im a drug addict .I didn't even want painkillers but they still had me in and out in 15 mins tops.
The hiring recruiter for Medical City-Fort Worth "Charlotte B." was very rude and unprofessional on the phone. She got mad because I was returning her call and was interrupting a phone interview she was having (as if I knew what she was doing). She got really nasty and questioned me on why I was calling back numerous times. I was just trying to return her call for a job position and she totally snapped on me, I actually had to pause for a minute and think "is she really talking to me like this?" She really makes this company look bad. She doesn't make a person feel welcome to try to become a future employee for this company at all!
Our mother was transported via ambulance to Plaza with a stroke. The doctors and nurses were very attentive and caring. She was transferred to hospice at Plaza and the effort and constant monitoring by nursing staff was outstanding. A special thanks to Chanel and Camilla.
Best team ever. I have seen other top hospitals like Yale, Mayo etc. Though much smaller, level of care and professionalism far exceeds any of the other facilities.
