Please go somewhere else i can deal with rude receptionist but a rude doctor and nurse who spoke between each other like I didn't exist was painfully disturbing. I would never have a people like that do more then take my blood pressure. They didn't even ask me any questions nor give me a receipt just sent me out the door!
I normally don't have any problems when coming to this facility. But every so often, they can't seem to get their paperwork and facts in order and mistakenly tell me the wrong dates for my birth control. Like just now for example, as I sit in the lobby for about 30 minutes until they inform me that they gave me the wrong dates and I've been sitting out here for no reason. Just gotta love having my valuable time wasted like it's no big deal. Fair warning when you come here, they probably have your information wrong.
The nurses and doctors were very respectful and objective about my choices and gave me useful medical advice, free birth control, along with quick but comforting services. One of the best medical facilities and nicest staff I've encountered compared to the other medical facilities in North Texas I've been to. I feel there prices are reasonable as well as their waiting time (they will notify you ahead of time what to expect) and aren't too crazy compared to what other local medical services will charge you for just a doctors visit. I'm impressed with Southwest Fort Worth Health Center. I recommend it to anyone!
Horrible place! I should have listen to the people that said that the staff wasn't nice. The only nice person was the counselor and the person who gave blood. Even talking to them on the phone was a headache. And the doctor was even worse. You wait so long in the waiting room then when you are called back there they see you for two seconds and dismiss you. I asked the nurse if I could go to the restroom and she nocked on the door basically telling me to hurry up.
I can't recommend the services offered here enough. I made my appointment on line and got several text reminders in advance. The wait time was no more than 15 minutes, and the staff was caring, friendly and competent. I dropped by the next day (no appointment) to get blood taken, and the clinician called me personally a few days later to report the results. Thank you!

The doctor was a male and he had no patient contact with me what so ever he only talked to the nurse and the resident it was like I wasn't even there. The receptionist was terrible you could hear them laughing and joking in the back the tv was on but they didn't hit play on tv so the screen was just blinking on PLAY MODE the whole 2 hours I was in the waiting room.
