I have never been in a hospital where the staff was more dedicated to helping me get better! Friendly and prompt service! Answered any questions I've had!I feel safe and secure! I have no doubt what so ever that I'm in good hands and will get better.
I was extremely disappointed with the treatment of this hospital. I literally waited 10 1/2 hours until getting a makeshift room. When I finally got a room I liked the nurses, but the neurologist wasn't any help and seemed liked he didn't care. I will never come here again and I would recommend that everyone stay away.
I worked here for almost five years. Be careful because the employees in medical records are allowed by management to take your personal records home, make copies and do whatever they want. I went to HR with the matter and for a year I continued to watch it happen until the manager found a way to fire me. The whole ordeal caused me to need surgery and I tried to leave the hospital and walk down the street but could not make it. My records were copied and spread around. My entire complaint started when I saw a coding clerk putting new baby information in her bag and her getting hostile because I asked her about it. Lots of people come to the hospital and think they are safe but when your records are passed around and left strewn about for anyone to pick up and do what they wish its not so safe.
Worst Hospital. Ever! Horrible Communication. Nobody knows what is going on. Everything was long waits for a planned procedure and no communication of delays.
Worst medical experience ever! No place to sit for a patient that came in for chest pain/heartache signs. No monitoring of any kind and no word on Labs, Chest X-rays, EKG....just lead back out to waiting room and 3 hrs of standing and waiting is very exhausting! 4 hours now!!! Wow, I will never revisit this facility. A doctor came out to update on EKG, but still no heart monitor while waiting and want to admit him for observation over night. Sounds like they want money to pay for the added building.
