This hospital is fantastic! I could not be happier with the care that I received while being a patient in this facility. I have absolutely no complaints about anything and I have been a patient here for almost a month and anticipate discharging tomorrow. Wound care was just flawless when treating me and they are such kind people! Matthew in respiratory therapy stood out to me because he is such a charismatic person. He was always smiling and chatting with me and just helping me make the best out of a not so great situation. He was wonderful. When I needed help and pressed my call button I got help right away. I feel that my pain was always well maintained. All of the staff has just been so knowledgeable about my treatment while at the same time being personable with me. I can not say enough great things about this hospital. Nurses did a great job of keeping me well informed about my treatment and would talk to me in a way that I was able to understand. I highly recommend this facility if you want to get better and want to be provided excellent care!
This has been a great place for me to be a patient at. I have been at Kindred for about a month and have been treated very well by all of the staff members. Including nurses, CNA's, admin, case managers, housekeeping, and dietary. My room is always clean and when they come in they always acknowledge me and talk with me for a little bit. Having someone to talk to is always nice so I appreciate that they take the time to just chat and ask how I am doing. Anyone that ever came in my room always asked if I needed anything before they walked out and always had a smile on their face and made me feel at home and welcomed to be here. Meme has been my aide several times and she is just great. She comes and checks on me so much that I have rarely ever had to even press my call button. I feel like I have made so much progress here based on the attention and care that I have gotten.
My family and myself were very pleased with this facility. My mother received very good care here and was tended to wonderfully by the staff. Janet Lawrance is the evening receptionist and she was also our patient ambassador during my mom's time here. She came in and visited with our family and my mother on a daily basis. She was beyond great. Very friendly and kind. As soon as she entered the room she lifted up the entire room just by being her. When the call button was pressed the nurses and aides responded quickly and immediately got whatever we needed at the time. We felt very comfortable in this hospital and could not have asked for better people to have taken care of my mother. We all loved the experience.
This has been an excellent transitional hospital for my brother. He receives daily physical therapy and respiratory therapy. Both of which have been a huge factor in the progress that he has made thus far. I try to visit as often as I can but when I am unable to come I fully trust in the staff to take care of him and do a great job. It is a relief to know that he is being taken care of so well. I wish I could remember specific names of those that have stood out to me but all of the staff is wonderful here. When I am here they come in to check on him frequently and will often ask me if I need anything. There are just a lot of caring people here and I am thankful for their passion.
I had no issues at all during my stay here. They made everything as easy and pain free as it could possibly be. Floor staff always had a quick response to my call button and they were always happy to do whatever I needed and went out of their way for me. I specifically wanted orange jello and several staff members would frequently hunt some down for me if my floor was out. They just always found a way to make me happy. My case manager was Irma and she did a great job of discharge planning for me and communicating with my doctor. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.
