My dog had been sick for over a month and had already seen another vet for treatment. She wasn't getting better and the symptoms returned full force. I had to bring her in on a Sunday (my normal vet isn't open on Sundays). VCA reevaluated her and prescribed her a slightly different treatment plan than my previous vet. I was skeptical because it was so similar to what we had already tried, but it's been a few weeks now and her symptoms have shown no signs of returning! Very pleased with their service and couldn't be happier that my pup is back to normal.
The service I received here was outstanding. I hurt my paw and was limping. Dr. Lane examined me and didn't charge me anything for the consultation. The following day staff followed up to see how I was doing and a few days later Dr. Lane herself messaged me to make sure I'm OK. I felt so cared for. Thank you!
They are awesome! Our puppy got parvo virus and they saved his life and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. The vet is very caring and worked with us on a promisary payment arrangement. The staff is very friendly and caring as well. Without VCA, we wouldn't have our sweet baby boy! I can't speak highly enough about this place!

Not only were the staff compassionate to us, they took tender care of my animal that needed very quick emergency services.
