We had the best vet experience with Dr. Morrison. She was extremely kind and knowledgeable about our dog Lexi. She will be our new vet.

First and foremost I would like to say that EVERYONE at this location is incompetent. None of the vets at this location are there to assist your pet. They are there to make their money and that's it. I brought my English bulldog in because he was vomiting a while back and they prescribed Royal Canine which is one of the worst foods you can give a dog with sensitive stomachs. Another time they tried to tell me that my bully needed over $3K in surgeries when all he needed was some medicine to treat minor things like dry eye and ear infections. Most recently I took my dog in for Bladder stones and all they did was take $300 from me for medicine and sent me on my way. No mention of surgery or anything. Took my dog to a real vet in Durant OK and they advised me if my dog didn't have surgery soon this could have been life threatening. Trust me, keep the plan for emergencies but don't trust them. What ever they say your pet needs, take that info to another vet and get a real opinion. I go to Durant animal hospital in OK.. Dr. Mills is great with all animals including livestock and actually cares for his patients. Take a little drive to OK and it will be worth it. I have saved over $4K in the last year by going to OK.

I have always had great service with Banfield in Alliance. My first experience was when my dog was attacked by coyotes. Since then, Banfield has become his vet clinic. The staff is nice and answer my questions. Pumpkin has seen two different doctors there, the most recent one being Dr. Garcia. He always explains the situation and answers my questions. No complaints at all.

I'm satisfied with the level of service. Only thing is that a Vet shouldn't give advice on dog nutrition if their only approach is you must feed KIBBLE.

First visit. Very friendly and helpful staff. Signed up for the wellness plan which helped us out immensely with the bill. It looks like a smart monthly investment. I definitely plan on coming back. :)

The only criticism I have is my dog was tested for something they didn't initially tell me at the appointment ( I had to leave him there) so just make sure to tell them no additional testings without your okay. I've had this happen at other vets so I think it's fairly common.
