We have a 15 year old diabetic dog with lots of medical. Last night we took him in at 9:30' and again this morning. We need 24/7 service. The doctors and techs are great, listen to the problem and treat the pet like you would. Highly recommend.
We had a late night emergency with our pup and chose Metro West Veterinary Center to take care of him. They were extremely caring from the minute we walked in the door and we immediately felt at ease. All of the staff made us feel comfortable in a stressful situation which is not always the case at ER vets. We would absolutely bring our pets here in the future!
I was amazed at the comfort and care of the facility. What they have to offer is amazing. I love the fact that coffee is available in the waiting room. The waiting room is open, clean, and inviting.
Last night I found out that my baby Boy Duke had Parvovirus and had to be put to sleep. The staff were very caring and supporting during my time of hurt/need.
I had to take my Min Pin here for an emergency. She was having really bad seizures and was really really sick. When I got there they took her right back to stabilize her and we ended up having to put her to sleep as she was 14 years old and had a brain tumor and was not well and was not going to get any better. I can't say enough how compassionate and sweet the whole staff and doctor was. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this as easy as possible for me. I had my Katie for 14 years and it was a very hard decision to make but I know it was the right decision. If I ever have another emergency with my other baby I will certainly bring him to this Clinic. Thank you Cynthia the front desk and all the doctors and nurses that took care of my sweet baby Katie.
Very caring staff, clean facility and we LOVE Dr Stone. He has great compassion and has helped us with our 4 dogs, all seniors with health issues. We are sadly down to 2 now, with one very ill. He has helped her with the right medications, and so far she has lived comfortably for 1.5 yrs longer than expected when first diagnosed! Her disease recently progressed dramatically, but once again he came through with the correct medication and helped her rally. We are so happy that we can enjoy our baby longer without her suffering. When her time comes, we know he will be there to comfort us through the emotional process. We also like that during the day, Monday-Saturday, this is a regular veterinary clinic called Hulen Hills, and at night an emergency center called Metro West, so all records are in the same location. If there is any drawback, prices are a little higher than some other clinics, but our dogs are our kids...We want only the best for them.
