I originally thought that I loved this place. But after trying to get the help my animal needed, I realized this place is more about money than helping care for animals. My animal was so sick- the first doctor we saw actually seemed to want to help. But after that wasn't working and my animal wasn't improving- I called and visited multiple times- they did unnecessary treatment that had nothing to do with my animals illness. After spending HUNDREDS of dollars on unnecessary treatment, I took my business to a different Doctor, who sat and explained exactly what was needed. He didnt do unnecessary tests or exams and my girl is on her way to recovery. I refuse to give them anymore business.
A superb clinic!! Dr. Earley is absolutely incredible. Her heart and love for her patients shines brightly. She was right down there with my fur baby calming him and performing a complete examination. I also appreciate her practicality. The staff is also amazing and so caring. Thank you for making every visit a positive experience.
The staff were so informative and helpful with questions about my little girl kitty Callie. After taking her to another vet establishment twice in the past two months and with only some temporary relief for my beautiful girl, the staff and the vet at Hulen Hills were so kind to my girl during her initial check-up and eventual ultra sound the next day. Unfortunately the diagnosis was heartbreaking as the vet told me that my girl had a tumor and there wasn't much that they could do except for prescribing steroids to ease her pain and hopefully keep her with me for a few more months. My heart is completely broke but they tried their best to get me through my initial shock and sadness. I'm just finally relieved to know what was wrong with her even though I'm devastated by the sad news of her tumor. Hopefully I will have 2-3 more months with my best friend. My tears won't stop but I'd like to thank everyone at Hulen Hills for getting me through one of the worse episodes that I've ever experienced in my life. Thank you thank you thank you to everyone. After an emergency encounter, their superior customer service won me over. We switched from Banfield who always had rotating vets to Hulen Hills and they take very good care of our animals. Dr. Early treats our dogs like human patients, giving them the attention to detail and recommendations they need. My dog doesn't even mind going most of the time!
I only trust the care of my precious fur babies to Hulen Hill. They respond quickly to my phone call, answer all my questions. They have a desire to make sure your animal is there priority, and make sure to explain what is happen so that we might understand. The other reason I trust them is because the are open 7 day a week and holidays.
