Took my chiwinnie Jojo here and to my surprise the staff was so welcoming the facility was so clean and smelled great! They treated my Jojo oh so well and the doctor was very fast on seeing my sweet boy! Overall loved the clinic.
I usually don't leave reviews but I had to make an exception. My pup was attacked by another dog so I bought here here the lady at the front desk was absolutely pleasant. We were taken to a room where the Vet Tech came in and she noticed how shaken up my pup was and she began to speak softer so that my pup could relax and get comfortable. Doctor Bob came in a few minutes later and took care of my pup. He was very friendly, and he assured me that she'd be fine. I know it is the job of vets and techs to do all of these things but it doesn't mean they actually do. I am so grateful to everyone here. They are true angles.
The employees were are very nice and helpful. Did a great job with my cat. The prices are comparably low.
Very unorganized and unprofessional. There is a different vet every time you go. They quoted me a price for surgery I brought my dog in thinking she is having surgery. They call my ex husband and tells him the blood work is abnormal and the dog is dehydrated (this was at 3pm) she had been there since 9am. They charged $259 for fluids, they send her home with a catheter and tell him to bring her back the next day to remove the pea size mass on her stomach. They have one doctor on staff and it's a different doctor each day. They think he can perform surgeries and attend to other patients all at once. How is this possible? My dog is there as I write this bcuz they have us between a rock and a hard place. I have a very bad feeling an I intend on going to the medical board if they kill her. PLEASE DON'T TAKE YOUR PETS HERE FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN SHOTS!!
Had surgery done on our little dog. His leg was popping out of joint. He is now walking great again. Best price we found.
