After looking at Groupon, we saw a mattress from the Sleep Shop and it was on. We didn't get the Groupon, but something better!

After visiting a few mattress stores, the Sleep Shop surpassed their quality. The general manager, Jaime, provided excellent customer service. They walk the talk... customer service is their priority. They did not simply try to sell us any mattress, but helped us find what was best for our needs and budget. I highly recommend them to my friends and family.
I came in to the Sleep Shop looking for a basic twin mattress for an extra bedroom. I was able to find a perfect, comfortable twin mattress along with a low-profile box spring. The customer service was great and the price was right. I also was able to get a free memory foam pillow with my purchase. Thanks Sleep Shop for making my shopping experience so easy!
Ok, I just moved to the area from Missouri and was in need of a new bed for my place. I went to one of the Mega-chain stores and was not impressed with the service, we took some information home and still decided not to go with them.

Sales manager was very congenial and helpful. Did not try to up-sell or push unnecessary products on us. Was very frank about which bed he thought I would like after hearing my specs. He even showed us the more expensive bed whilst telling me I'd hate it based on my specifications. I did hate it. I'm very excited to receive my new MLILY bed in a few days and use my fancy new pillow. Thank you for selling me a product quickly and knowledgeably and for not asking me stupid questions.
