The staff make extra efforts to welcome you and make sure you are comfortable with staying. Very generous reward member packages. We were also upgraded to a suite because of a gold elite status. Since there are three of us, it is very nice to have an extra sofa bed. Thank you very much! The location is also very convenient to downtown and the culture district of Fort Worth. We easily visited Zoo, Botanical Garden, Kimbell Museum, and the Modern Art Museum within two days. The breakfast are very fresh and good. We enjoyed to stay at this hotel and also would highly recommend to everyone who comes to visit Fort Worth.
Parents stayed at the Best Western at 201 W Loop 820 N in Fort Worth for several nights. On one morning, I was able to meet them for breakfast. Receptionist offered to move them to a different room, free of charge, assuming that I was staying with them. We declined, and she was super respectful about it. Super accommodating, attentive, and polite. Rooms were clean and sanitary, locks and security features were not busted. They will definitely be returning to this location.
The hotel is clean and Millie the night manager was great--day and night for us. The rooms are very reasonably priced and not far from downtown Fort Worth.
Great staff. Pretty good hotel but a bit pricey for what you get (location, location, location?).
