Great rooms. Front desk was ever so helpful. Individualized STARBUCKS COFFEE in each room and Starbucks Coffee in the cafe. Excellent WiFi.
Our visit has been pretty good. The rooms are great. They're clean and very comfortable. The hotel itself is kind of awkward. There is only one elevator so it's a pretty good hike between the lobby and our room. I asked for a different room because I'm handicapped and the walk to my room is really difficult. The staff was unwilling to help me with my issue. But otherwise the staff seems friendly. There's no free breakfast. You have to order from the hotel's own little restaurant. But inspite of those few exceptions...it's been a nice stay.
Stayed at the Courtyard for 2 days/nights, the lobby was really nice and the bed was very comfy. Enjoyable experience
The rooms were standard for any other Marriott brand in the area of a similar tier. The location is pretty nice, near a shopping area and several tasty off brand restaurants (based on previous trips to the area). On my one night stay, there were no issues with service. The breakfast was pretty good, though very busy with what seemed to be a large group of employees from one company staying there and eating at the same time. Without the breakfast buffet like at other Marriott brands, everyone stands in line to order. While it took a little longer than I would prefer for this kind of stay, the staff made every effort to be as quick as possible.
Great hotel and a great staff that's always willing to help! Very clean and really good food. Close too many activities in Fort Worth! Would stay there again anytime in town!
