Clean enough. Decent size. Staff at night and in morning are polite, helpful, and friendly. Studio suite had everything we needed for kitchen user and sleeping.
The exteriors dirty and worn out hotel. The owners need to come in and revamp this facility UP!
We booked a handicapped room only to pay more for it and it not be handicap accessible. We spoke directly with this location explained my son is in a wheelchair they said no problem. Well the entrance is very narrow, inside the room had the bathroom at the end by the bed which had a small narrow hall into the sink area then the bathroom was so small you could not get a chair into the door. No rails for holding on. This was rented to us as handicap accessible totally not if your in a wheelchair his is electric a manual would not go through the hallway to the sink area. There suggestion you can go down the street to the I Hop they have handicap restrooms. This was a total disappoint and totally not as advertised, plus paying more for the room even with AAA discount. For Wyndham to have their name attached was hugely miss repentaned. Wyndham is normally known for the rooms and usually you can depend on it. This was an apartment complex that was changed into a hotel and no thought for the handicapped that they advertised larger rooms and accessible to the restroom which anyone knows everyone uses.
Need to go to front desk for anything such as extra towels. Faces busy St which is loud, especially early in morning. I recommend eat plugs. Pillows are not very good. I recommend bringing some if you're use to something better than the cheapest pillows you can buy. Doors and exterior is not very clean. Not sure where pool or anything else was as the info was never given and we did not explore.
Negative experience. Room expensive but not secure, old, and not very clean. Sliding glass door was open... Good thing I checked. Woke up to leaves blowing under the closed and locked door because the doorframe was broken in several places. Stay away, spend the same money somewhere else for something much nicer!

Came to Fort Worth to watch the TCU football game. The staff was very nice and pleasant. The room's are extremely gross . It smells like dead mice. The rooms are dirty and old.
As I said at the beginning of the staff was Nice and pleasant but the facility needs work.
Location is close -- less than 10 minutes -- to botanical gardens, zoo, and great restaurants.
With the discount found online it was about $30 cheaper than going direct. Was worth it for the price.
Good breakfast, great staff! They were very helpful with the problems in our room... not very hot water, dishwasher not working, missing cups and pots. However, we fixed Thanksgiving dinner in that little kitchen and had a great time. The staff took care of all the problems.
