This hotel is GREAT! It's a little older (until 12/2017), but the made to order breakfast, the complimentary happy hour with REAL adult drinks and sitting area outside of the sleeping area, make it my number one choice for hotel stays. I run a multi million dollar company and have visited some great cities and stayed at some of the best hotels. From now on, it's Embassy or teleconference!
Me and my wife and friend stayed There on Saturday night. When we arrived They where having. problems with there system. We had to waIt almost two hours for our room. We had been drinking it was early in the morning. When I got frustrated with the front end clerk He proceeded to tell me that he was calling the police. I told him to go ahead that I did nothing wrong. Do not stay here. The guys there where extremely rude and acted like I did something wrong.I put a call in to the general manager George on Monday morning and complaint with corporate. Still no phone call pool management. Today is Wednesday.
Embassy Suites in downtown Fort Worth is so awesome. We've stayed there 3 times so far and enjoyed each time. The staff are all very pleasant. The manager's reception is surprisingly great. Free drinks and homemade salsa and chips can't be beat. The free breakfast is the best ever. The cooked to order omelets are so good you've got to have one. The hotel only has valet parking. There are numerous parking garages close by that are free on the weekends. I've thought about staying somewhere else but the hotel's location is so awesome and we enjoy the place so much that we will keep going back.
My son and I stayed recently at the hotel for the weekend. Whereas our suite had all of the ambiance of a Moscow housing project circa 1959, the people at the hotel WERE ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! Everyone went out of their way to be helpful. I have seldom experienced such warmth and hospitality. I highly recommend staying there. I know that I will do do every time I am in Fort Worth. Great job everybody!
Embassy Suites is what a hotel should be. They pay attention to the little things and the big things. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Their breakfast might be the best in the hotel business, with fresh fruit, made to order omelets and pancakes, etc. The negatives: parking is pricey at $26, the pool and jacuzzi were closed for renovation, and the only milk was whole or 2%. Arrive early for the Manager's Reception at 5:30 with free drinks and snack food. Location is in the heart of downtown Ft Worth, near Bass Hall. ES is where I stay when I want a 5 star hotel.
