We just had a family reunion at this hotel. They went above and beyond to take care of us. We will definitely come back here to stay in the future for both business and pleasure. Super friendly staff and very professional management.
Great stay! Good location - right off the Chisolm Trail Tollway. Quiet, clean, and comfortable room. Loved the service! The ladies at the coffee bar/dinner were wonderful and had great advice on places to go and restaurants to try. Really enjoyed our stay, look forward to staying here again in the near future!
It’s the small things. No free breakfast. Not even coffee and creamer in the lobby. Could’ve purchased a cup of Starbucks at the Bistro, but these kinds of amenities are expected to be provided at a nice hotel. The main lobby had several seating areas and there was a great outdoor patio with a firepit, gazebo with couches and a tv. Unfortunately, we couldn’t enjoy that because a large and loud wedding party that was staying the night completely commandeered it, complete with several hyper children. Not really the hotel’s fault but they could have asked them to reign it in a bit. The beds were very comfortable and the room was lovely, however they were not very insulated. Had to call the desk twice to intervene about the noise in the room above us. Also heard everyone who walked down the hall from inside our room. I was disappointed to discover there was no mirror in the bedroom. The mirror in the bathroom is not enough for even two people to try to get ready in the morning. Pool was ok; hot tub spacious. Overall, a pretty hotel but for the same money, I’ll go somewhere that offers breakfast next time.
Very good installations, super friendly staff. Help me in all my requests. For non US travelers, be prepared for not having breakfast at the hotel. Other than that, really appreciated my stay here. Nice location, close to shops and restaurants.
