When we reserved our suite, we were given a certain price. I noticed the confirmation showed a price a little higher than I was quoted but was told my discount would be applied at checkout. I confirmed again at checkin and was told yes. I never received my discount.
Right is the heart of historic Fort Worth! Walking distance from the stock yards and all the shopping and restaurants. Definitely would recommend staying here!
I gave 2 stars as the early check-in and staff were superb. But the room and pricing were not.
On the plus side it is in a great position and the rooms otherwise were very good.
It's hard to fault the enthusiasm of the staff and management, but the key criteria for a hotel is a good night sleep. We didn't get this as the ac unit was so noisy. It wasn't just our room as others in the group had the same problem.
Right in the centre of the stock yards. Good size clean rooms. Good breakfast choice.
8 years ago, when this hotel was just a 'bit more expensive than we're used to', it was easy to forgive because of the fantastic location and great breakfasts. As the Stockyards have grown in popularity, it's now properly, seriously expensive - £200+ a night for a July weekend - and that makes me nitpick more. Why isn't the sink in the shower room? Why is the TV so strangely off centre? Why is the cold water warm and the hot water tepid? Small niggles, because of a big price. But the location is still unbeatable, the breakfast is still great, and we're still here. Just wish it was cheaper.
BUT this was not a suite by any means! It’s one large room with a small wall that only comes out about 25% of the way. There was only 1 tv for both the living room and the tv.
With the online check-in, I was notified that I could check in at 9 am. That was a huge bonus and the staff was super friendly.
