The store has outdoor clothes, gear, bikes, etc... My favorite department is: shoes. Running, hiking, sandals. The carry the best selections of quality brands at good prices. That said, I love buying when they have sales. That's how I ended up with these Chacos a few minutes ago!
Harris Southwest ER is a fantastic medical center. I was in pain on Monday and they cared for me to find the problem and apply a solution that worked. We were going to cancel our upcoming European two week trip, but because of what Harris SW ER did for me, I got better very quickly and plan to go.
Love love love. I went to get some hiking boots and I must have made the poor salesmen get me about 10 different shoes for me to try before we found one that fit perfectly. Everyone there is so knowledgeable and helpful! Will always be a REI shopper.
This location had great service and a very friendly atmosphere. It is in a really nice shopping center that has a whole foods, blaze pizza and steel City pops. Overall a great experience at REI and the surrounding area.
The level of customer service at REI is the best in retail I've ever seen. While some of their items seem costly, it's all extremely good quality, I've never had a bad experience in the store, other than them being out of something I needed last minute, but that's what you get for procrastinating. They have tons of camping gear, hiking, cycling, and rafting.
