Went in for service on my daughter's bike and was very pleased. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They had my daughter's bike back to me the next day working beautifully. We will definitely be back.
Wow!!! Superb service and approach with both Jason and Todd. Customer service especially crushed it! Jason saved me when I totalled my rear rim. He traded out a full wheelset from a floor model bike so I could ride home. And he was willing to drive to scoop up a wheel from another location....Some serious "T.Q.M." and how you build loyalty to a shop. Todd was very knowledgeable. Shop had great selection of gear and bikes for track/mountain/fixie/urban rides. Yeah man, thanks guys!!!
Great team that has a strong quality and customer centric attitude, plus plenty experience and knowledge. The Wednesday group rides are well attended and fun, thanks to the shop's organization and commitment to growing the sport.
