A buddy recommended Performance to me so I decided to give it a try. My bike was making some funny noises...squeaky, cranky....thought I'd get the works, but they were booked. So, decided to at least get the Safety Check. One of the employees asked what was going on and said that a Safety Check probably wouldn't fix the problem. Then Caleb got on the scene, gave it a spin, lubricated a few things...no problem...no charge! I'm a new fan and customer! Give 'em a try....
Great service and attention given as a customer! Prices however are High. Not the family Friendly place you want to take your teenage kids to get a bicycle. Felt this store focused on high end name brand bicycles only.
Went in with my son he need some gear for cycling, the guy behind the counter told us to "wait one minute, I am on the phone" HIS CELLPHONE wow. Turns out that call was actually a five minute call we waited because my son really needed the gear but I can say that we will not be returning.
Went in today to check out their inventory. They have some great bikes and I would say very fair prices. I looked around for 15 minutes or so and not one person spoke to me. I had many questions, but after being completely ignored, I took my questions and my money to Bicycles Inc., who were extremely friendly and helpful. I left Bicycles Inc. with a great Specialized bicycle that suits me perfectly! I do not recommend Performance Bicycle. I do, however, highly recommend the great customer service at Bicycles Inc.
I could not be happier with my experience here. My old bike was breaking down on me and I desperately needed it for work. Not only were they able to buy back my bike for close to its original price, but they helped me find an incredible bike that has made a world of a difference doing my job. If you are looking for an honest and dedicated bike shop backed by an incredible warranty, than this is the place to go!
