We are newer to Fort Worth and have been trying different restaurants. The girls at the front desk didn't seem to be too thrilled to be at work today. But, we had the best customer service from Taylor and Adam and they totally made up for the greeting we received. They were absolutely awesome and the food was great also!! We will definitely be back to this one!!
The food was great and my parents really liked their meals as did the rest of us. Had a great time, we'll be back for sure!
Good option for chain Cajun and creole food. Reasonable prices, and generally quick service.
Worst experience ever. Took apprx 15 minutes to be seated with available seats in view. Then took apprx 30 minutes to get dinner. Manager stated that the orders got mixed up because everyone ordered the blackened chicken. Later the server charged my card the amt of what was charged the table after taking cash and card. (The only reason I caught this is because I looked at the detailed bill BEFORE signing the receipt.) Manager again stated another mistake made by the server. She tried to resolve this by giving us the meal no charge and stated that the drink charge would not appear on my card while refunding the cash amt received by the server earlier. The full amt for the drinks, however, showed on my card as processing but the manager again stated that this would fall off as it was not charged. Today I noticed that she only refunded the cash portion of the drinks and, because the bill was split, she charged my card the remaining portion. Guess this is another mistake. I will never go back to this establishment and I urge consumers to take the time to ensure that you are reviewing the detailed portion of your bill prior to signing the check...
Had my parents in town for my son's graduation on Saturday. We stopped by Sunday afternoon for an early dinner with Mom, Dad and the rest of my family. Service was good and our waitress did a great job keeping up with us.
the food was delicious. I had a half dozen of oysters and got em grilled for a dollar less since it was happy hour. I recommend the stuffed shrimp and the cajun skillet(shown in picture), Theyre a winner! The restaurant was clean and our server was nice. It was a good meal.
