Ive been loyal to Chuys since the 90s..first time that i got a bad menudo plate...first time i got bad service..the ladys were rude and reminded me of my neighbor...i will continue to go to Chuys for the fact that i know it isnt Chuys..its the people who work for him..there food has always been good and there sevice has always been love..whats the change i dont know..but i will continue to be loyal...and hope to get good food again and service..we earn it..we work hard for it..thanks

Not enough staff food great though
The food was not good at all but it was better than the service. Our waitress swept the entire restaurant while ignoring us. I had to go over to her to ask her for our check. $31 for lunch for the two of us would have been better spent almost anywhere else.
Been going here for years. The food is phenomenal. The best sour cream chicken enchiladas on the planet! Great salsa. DO NOT confuse this place with the OTHER Chuy's on 7th which is a chain that is a step above Taco Bueno. THIS Chuy's is authentic.
