Service was great. We were seated as promptly as possible. The waitress was friendly and very accommodating. The food was fantastic too and came quick.
Moral of the story - do not get to go orders....drinks...food of any sort....pretty much anything from this Chili's when this guy is on duty.
Normally a 4 star place at best...now I don't think I'll return
However, the waitress refused to serve me alcohol even though my parent was present and I am 24 years of age. They cited that this is because the company is operating under California law even though the location is in Texas. Even though my parent ordered an alcoholic drink, she made great attempts to spy at our table to see whether the drink touched my lips. Take this experience as you wish to take it. It could mean the restaurant wants to be a "safe" place. Or, the restaurant is not very accommodating.
Hands down the best burger I've ever had at a Chili's not to mention the waitress was amazing she did a great job of keeping up with our table and helping with anything we needed. I will definitely visit again next time I'm in the area.
AS soon as he typed in my order he walked away did not give me a chance to order a drink or get a water, terrible service. Additionally when i did get my food he had crushed the bottom boxes and had forgotten to add a side salad that I had ordered. Also all restaurants with even base line service give plastic wear on to go orders he did not. When I did try to talk to him he walked off.
Kory is great!! He is the reason why we come back .. Great personality and great service !! Very personable and in touch with his customers , plus he donates his hair to locks of love! We will be back and If you come ,ask for kory!!!
Walked in to order a to go order at 11:30 Bartender made me wait 20m while he chatted with a regular, then turned around and left the bar area (still did not acknowledge me) I left to go to the bathroom and came back he had 3 orders up on the bar figured that maybe he was busy. Finally when he did acknowledge me he said very sarcastically "What do you want?" Had i not been getting other peoples orders i would have walked out. I ordered and the entire time he acted like he was to busy to deal with me at all. I tried to repeat my order and was told " Yea Yea I got it"
Friendly staff and the food was great. Perfect timing on checking in us and serving the food. We had an enjoyable lunch with family. Just wish they didn't have those touchscreen computers at the tables. Makes feel like we went to a car hop instead of a nice restaurant.
