Good food, small place but clean and friendly wait people, Americans.
So. My wife and I had a groupon which was great cos I would have hated to pay full price for what we got. We had two bowls of Pho and both were disappointing. For the same price we got a Pho bowl at sprouts in McKinney that we raved about for weeks. The broth was not very flavourful and the bean sprouts, basil and cilantro were pretty much dead. And we arrived well before closing time. Crystal our server was lovely and the decor was very trendy, but the food did not match in my opinion. Which was a shame cos we had been wanting to try it for a long time.
happy hour (3-7) has great food for good price. pork bun 2, egg rolls 3, gyoza 3, domestic beer 2. I ordered the vegetable pho. very tasty. however, I wish there were a Build Your Own Bowl. sometimes you want to mix things up, ya know. at the end of the day, if I want to mix and match my vegetables it's not killing your Food Cost guys.
The chicken curry is my shiii! It has a little spice and a load of great curry flavor. The fried dumplings are pretty legit.
The small plates are amazing and a great price, and the pho is delicious! Love going both during weekday lunch or girls night out, really a high quality experience for a very good price!
