I had to have a procedure done here they were very professional and considerate. I was nervous and scared. They did everything they could to keep me calm and well informed. They were not impersonal at all just professional and I appreciated that. My husband was completely supportive and went through every step with me. To be honest they made it feel like a regular doctors appointment for anything else and I appreciate the normality of that . It is a little chilly in the waiting room I would bring a blanket. Sometimes there are protesters outside ignore them. The clinic has a buzzard on the door to keep them out so once you're inside there's nothing to worry about.
The wait is LONG! Doesn't help that all these women in the waiting room are on their cell phones making calls taking way too much and loud. Please please crack down on this. I'm sitting here. Now and over 3 woman just chatting up. So annoying!!
Long waits for sure. Took the meds and they said 30 mins... yeah much longer than take. I hope the pain meds last. Clean. Friendly. Staff is nice and understanding. They ended up forgetting about me. What should have been 2-3 hours on the second visit took longer. ;(

This was literally the best experience. Extremely caring towards patients. I am dearly appreciative towards the respect I received. Such lovely kind people.
