But most importantly was Dr. Arnold. I am so excited to have such a wonderful doctor accompany us through our first pregnancy. She was amazing and I would recommend any women to her. My wife loved her. She was so friendly and knowledgeable and just made us feel at ease. I couldn't be any more pleased.
Arnold and Webster are awesome at their job. Due to this I can understand why the wait and how the employees can seem overwhelmed. Remember dealing with pregnant women or just women can be hectic . Staff is amazing mainly because I do know most of their staff from working next door at Harris. Wonderful people inside. Applause to Her Obgyn!!
I can't say enough good things about this doctor and her staff! To begin with they were completely booked until 3 weeks from when my wife tried to make her appointment. After communicating to the receptionist that we had complications in our last 2 pregnancy attempts and were concerned of the state of pregnancy my wife was in they managed to fit her in less than a week later.
I have waited for an hour and half now and still waiting for the doctor. OMG this is the worst and the longest wait to see a doctor I have experienced.
Dr.Arnold is wonderful! She delivered my son via c-section after a long labor where we tried everything to get him out naturally but couldn't after I had my own complications. She is thoughtful, respectful, takes her time, and never makes you feel rushed when asking all the questions as a first time mom.
The assistant was very friendly and efficient at getting us in to be seen by the doctor.
The alliance professional office building reminds me more of a sleek hotel than a hospital. Staff received us warmly and the wait time was less than anticipated.
Dr Arnold is an awesome OBGYN she has delivered two of my daughter's children. I can't say that for her staff though. They are rude and seem to hate their job or help patients. Both times Dr. A was excellent but the staff at the front and one of her nurses were awful. Than my 18 year old needed to be seen. I tried calling to get an appointment I was quickly reminded of their bad manners. We were happily accepted next door at North Texas womens their staff and doctors were great. I hope Dr Arnold Fixes the issue she's a great Dr but her employees are going to bring her down.
