Give yourself plenty of time!!!! Just sat in there for 2 hours and ended up having to reschedule. They do not value people's time at all!!! Would recommend going to another imaging place if you can.
So I actually have no idea what the service level is like within the business, but maybe it's outstanding (but I doubt it). So to all who are reading this, business owner and potential patients, proceed with caution. Based on my experience today I'd suggest you check out Midtown Medical Imaging instead.
ATTENTION BUSINESS OWNER and anyone else considering service here. Your office staff (booking in this case) is unbelievably bad. Called to make an appointment, but had a question first about what my cost would be. The person who answered had a very heavy accent and name I didn't get because I couldn't understand it. And the response she gave me was that she could only tell me what they were going to bill for the service but she couldn't tell me what my patient expense was going to be until I actually booked an appointment. This is funny because I called a competitor a few miles down the road Midtown Medical Imaging and spoke to a very kind young lady who I could understand with no problem; she asked for my date of birth, Insurance name and member ID number and within 30 seconds gave me the cost. After this I challenged the front office booking staff member about why she couldn't provide the same information that another provider and every provider I've ever booked a medical appointment with in my entire life ever and asked whether she was the business owner (I knew she really wasn't, let's be real) she said she would start looking but needed to place me on hold. I waited for about 3 minutes on hold and then hung up.
Doctor said I could go there no appointment needed. Envision called me no less than three times to make sure I went in. Telling me again no appointment needed. So I go in; fight I-35w construction traffic to go my closest Envision office. "We aren't doing chest x-rays here today. You can go to Southlake." Must be nice to have disposable time. This is an imaging center basically inside a hospital. Why can't they do a simple chest x-ray? Moral of the story...double and triple check they can see you when they say they can.
Arrived 15 mins early, staff was friendly and energetic, and I was in and out within 45 mins with CD of MRI and all. Great service!
Affordable, clean, professional, friendly. Did I mention affordable? Saved us hundreds compared to outpatient cost (350 vs 30). Also, we took our toddler and the tech was amazing, first take and that was it, we were in and out in 15 minutes including paperwork and all. This place is top notch.
