I got to the front desk and watched two employees carry on a 10 minute conversation without acknowledging me at all. Then the next guy comes in and stands there for 15 minutes also unacknowledged. The only guy that was there when I got there, was told after 45 minutes that since he did not have an appointment that he would be there waiting for another hour....ALL of this in a extremely abrasive manner and attitude all while no one complained and had very patient attitudes. This was after banging on a client's paperwork telling him to look up the spelling of Lisinopril. That was all RHONDA...and then when I got passed off to Nelly, the story changed. Nelly was very helpful and has customer service skills. Thank you Nelly. I had to go here with no choice but if I had a choice, I wouldn't have made it passed the waiting area dealing with Rhonda.
Got here at 11 for a drug test. I was here early enough they could have got me in before they all go to lunch at 11:30. I live too far away to go home and come back. When they finally did come back they let other people go ahead of me when I was here an hour before all of them. So I had to wait here an hour and a half just to pee in a cup.
