I have been going to the same mammogram facility for the past 18 years & LOVE it. I'm going there next year and WON'T BE BACK to this Solis. The phone call I made for the appointment said nothing about requiring a paper order for a bone density test. I made this appointment over a month in advance - why did they not let me know they had no order before I showed up expecting to get it done? Or at least mention in the appointment confirmation phone call that I needed to bring the paper order. Not only that, I did not receive any written instructions and was not verbally reminded to not take calcium or what not to wear. LOTS of room for improvement at this location.
