My mom went to see the Dr and he didn't help her a bit.2 years of pain and this dude gave her a bandaid and over the counter antibiotics ointment.She was dumbstruck and at 86years old some help would have been nice.
The receptionist answered, put me on hold after asking for an appointment...and never came back. I called back, asked if she forgot me... and she said "oh yeah... and laughed about it . I decided to find another doctor, if they have her as their professional first contact.... I question their good judgement.
The doctor was fine, his office personnel, terrible. Because it had been more than 3 years since my last visit, they charged me $150 as a new patient, which i was not. They were not polite and were a detriment to the doctor.
Just finished with my last visit with Dr. Beede. He solved my problem (yay!). Also, he was very informative and his staff was professional and helpful. If I have other foot problems in the past, I'll go back.
I was just ok. Could never get an open line. They are still charging my insurance for a bill i have already paid them. Reaply. To my deductible for this year. Not good. ! not good!
