Dr. Bryce is awesome but the support staff is horrible. I just switched to him because of a personal recommendation and saw him once. He was great but I had to wait over an hour and when I said something the acted like they didn't even know I was there. I called today and a very rude person answered. She asked me the same question three times and I had already answered it. She then said Dr. Bryce was booked up for the next two weeks and I could see the nurse practitioner. I saw her last time. She is not my PCP. I want to see my doctor. Rude, slow, and offensive staff! I can't do it!
Absolute terrible "doctor." Very opinionated and most of the time incorrect about his opinions. Since he's black he's always playing the 'race card.' Very petty and poor doctor. Will contact lawyer.
Worst Doctor we have ever seen for internal medicine. Spent all kinds of time forgetting to tell us what we really wanted to know. Are the meds we are taking were sufficient ?? and we needed him to suggest a hand specialist. He instead, stared at my husbands old hand xray and started telling him it was arthritis. When I told him it seemed worse than that, with tingling in his arm, and extreme pain with inability to barely move his fingers. We were told,,," you Americans are so impatient and want answers so quickly. You will have to learn to accept that you have arthritis. He spent the next half of our of our visit, telling us that he had an amazing seminar that costs several hundred dollars but we needed to take it. Never was so insulted in my life. By the time we asked him about our blood work he said he had no more time for us. The kicker? We found another great internal medicine guy and it turns out that a hand specialist determined that my husband had carpal tunnel and fixed it with a simple surgery....yea.....Americans don't mind not having the answers, we would however like to hear them from someone who knows what they are talking about ....run, screaming away.
I searched for months trying to find a vegan doctor. Took me a while to find one, but I FINALLY did, I can't remember which website I found him under but he is vegan, from another country, became vegan because of his father's death be preventable by a vegan diet.
The doctor is excellent, but the nursing staff is 100% awful. I cannot get this crew to call in a prescription on time and accurately. They have not been honest nor effective. If you need good care and follow-up, choose another doctor. TRUST ME--They are terrible!!!
He got me in on time, asked all the right questions, did an EKG because heart disease is devastating my father's side of the family, did a full blood work up (including B12 and vitamin D) and biometric screening. We talked in depth about my diet and level of exercise. He told me he was impressed and wished all his American patients would understand the need for daily movement and minimizing the western diet. Again I have only seen him for an annual physical but I was beyond satisfied.
