She always takes her time, very professional, and explains everything thoroughly. She is very trustworthy and truly cares about her patients. I would highly recommend her, as I do to all my family & friends!!

I called yesterday to make sure they accepted my kids insurance, they said yes so I made an appointment waited about 30 minutes to get called just to tell me they don't take their insurance. But we were here so I paid for my son's visit cause he needs vaccinations for school. We had appointment and 2 patients were called before us. I ask the nurse if my daughter require vaccines they said I have to wait for the doctor to ask. So slow and unprofessional
This is one of the worst clinics that I have ever entered. Being new to Texas, I needed to have a 2nd Hepatitis A administered to my daughter. After filling out an excessive amount of paperwork, I requested to witness the injection being drawn up, then administered. I paid $14.00 earlier at a Tarrant County Public Health site, and expected the same rate, however, I was charged $65.00 for this injection because, I was told, this was an initial visit. I have been a Healthcare provider/Administrator for almost 30 years, and can tell you that my daughter did not even see a healthcare provider; MD, PA, or NP, so then the injection fee should not have been that costly. I was not told in advance what the cost would be, and submitted it to my insurance company. I requested that the receipt, and CPT code be mailed to me so that I would not have to drive back down to the clinic. I waited one week, and the office manager said that she was never informed. I found that difficult to believe, as they are not used to providing the most basic customer service because to the type of low socioeconomic class that they are used to seeing. I had to make two additional visits: to pick up the paperwork that should have been given to me at the time of visit, and to obtain the EIN number, of which I was given the incorrect number. When you look at the website of locations for this clinic, it is not even listed. The organization as a whole is tremendously lacking, and I would never set foot into the clinic again. The staff are afraid to even serve you unless the office manager/medical assistant is even present. My experience was very frustrating.
