So far I've been to see Dr. McGilvray, and Glorianna Iloff who is a PA. I recommend both!
This clinic only cares about profit, to the point that they refuse to see you if you owe even a small balance. This is something that apparently they didn't even know about for 8 months till the end of the year, which was too late to do much about it. Some of it was a misunderstanding with insurance, but I do know they didn't file on both insurances, so who knows if that could've been less. The wait is terrible. If you need an urgent visit, forget it. If you need something done, be prepared to be on the phone coordinating it yourself. The "nurse" (AKA medical assistant) is clueless and cannot communicate well at all. Not worth the frustration. It's too bad because I liked Dr. McGilvray and the PA I saw during the year I was a patient.
Well kept place. Like most primary care clinics, you're looking at maybe a wait of 15-45 minutes. The doctors and nursing staff are easy to talk to. My only complaint would be of the receptionists. They are on the younger side so don't expect a 'friendly' greeting from them when you walk into the place...
The worst place ever to receive care. I was called to come in early today because they were closing early. My original appointment was at 2 pm. I came in at 12 and at 2 pm I was still waiting to meet the doctor. I made sure I would not be charged for my visit. Declined to reschedule because why would I want to wait another 2 hours for no reason, then left. I will never recommend this place to anyone at all. EVER!!!!

Finding another PCP that will actually listen to you is difficult... She also told me that I have a chronic issue, which I don't, yet another time she was unable to listen to me. why is it so hard to find a doctor that will listen to you? especially when you have to pay so much $$ to see them.
I was not helped with ANY of my problems. the nurse practitioner that I saw barely even made eye contact with me and didn't seem to listen. In stead of helping me, she sent me to the ER and when I got there the ER doctor had no idea why she couldn't have just done what she needed to do in order to help me. This nurse seemed like all she cared about was making sure that I got absolutely no medication and I left feeling like she thinks I'm a drug addict. plus the staff kept me waiting for 30 minutes before I was even taken back and then waited another 45 until I actually spoke with her.
