Excellent, courteous staff, punctual and caring. Dr. Watkins is compassionate and thorough. He spends time with his patients and attempts to provide the best care possible. He has a great personality and puts one at ease. I highly recommend him to all patients who need a good ENT specialist.
i had several sinus proceedures done at one time.. 3 weeks ago.. Dr.Watkins was amazing! He has a very nice bed side manner, takes time to explain everything and address all my concerns. and I am a very difficult patient. I was a basket case during the first two weeks after surgery, dont get me wrong, this is a HARD recovery, but dr. watkins and his office were kind and patient with me. I needed ALOT of reassuring but he and his team did a MARVELOUS job. Def Five Stars.
