Although I know without a doubt that Dr. Curtis Bush himself is one of the great orthopedic surgeons in this region, his office however needs some help. "Communication" with patients is lacking and their 'fallow-through' with paper work / insurance company-requested documents/letters is just not that great.....at least in my case it was not. Young, inexperienced help is likely the biggest culprit. In any case they definitely need a good, experienced office "manager" to guide the ship. They don't have an [office manager], and it shows. I give Dr. Bush 5 stars - but the office just 3 stars. EVERYTHING in this world comes down to "communication" - pure and simple.
