Went here to buy a truck...got approved for financing but at a higher rate than what my credit union / bank would offer. Went to the location twice in a day and got the buyers sheet to go get my own financing and told them i would be back the next morning to purchase. No one told me about putting a deposit down to hold it and they seemed very upset that i did not want to finance thru them directly. So i get approved and am awaiting the funding letter from the credit union and i get a call that they sold the truck that night. I worked on this for 2 days and they absolutely know i was fully intending to purchase the truck.. i told them that. When they called to tell me the truck sold, the guy had a snicker and laughed like they did it on purpose because i didnt want to pay the additional finance charge rate that they make money on for the term of the loan. No Service plans, high $$ warranty, and service after the sale. It all sounds good when they try to sell you but noting worth it on the back end. Beware of shady dealers who do their business out of a warehouse and are not honest. Of course its my fault tho because i didnt sign the minute they issued an approval... excuse me for trying to get a better deal. Completely Frustrated!~!!!!!
