Was going to rate 4, as Susan Lee is GREAT! The service drive manager has a lot to learn trying to charge 84 dollars for basic service when the works is a coupon that DOES NOT REQUIRE PRESENTATION AND HAS BEEN A FORD PROMOTION FOR TWENTY YEARS PLUS!! Let the idiots at Mercedes charge that kind of price to those who don't have a clue how much an oil change should cost, but not Ford!! Going to think if I want to ever return here again for service after the Saturday morning shock I experienced.
I am not trying to get a new car out of this I just want to feel safe driving my new car
I am very disappointed, I thought I was doing right by my vehicle by taking him here. I feel violated.
Not a happy customer today, calling in Monday to have my complaints addressed,
It is now August and it is surging and has died on me 1 time, I've taking my car back I believe 3 times and I am told there is not a problem, very disappointed today,
I took it back this past week with the surging problem, and to get my car detailed to get head liner stains removed, I wish I could put pictures on this to show the very disappointing job they did.
My truck runs beautifully now. Sounds so happy.
I brought my vehicle to another location who in detail went over the issues with my vehicle which included 3 other issues that went unnoticed by autonation, for way less than I was quoted for just "all over the place" leaks.
They detailed my car left stains on the headliner, took it to have it detailed again and told them again about the stains, was still charged full price for the detail.
I brought my truck in for a check up in may for a burning smell. I was told there were no issues.
My check engine light came on during my commute to the office. I don't office very far from this dealer. They were able to get my that day. They completed all the repairs needed that day. Additionally, they addressed a recall issue I was unaware of on my vehicle. The icing on the cake for me was the fact they gave me a vacant office in the parts and service department so I could set up shop and be productive while while I waited. They did offer to give me a ride to the office but I was actually more productive at the dealer without having constant interruptions I encounter at the office. This was my first interaction with this dealer and was very please with the outcome. Kudos AutoNation Ford Fort Worth!
I then learned they had found leaks before and neglected to tell me. I left without fixing the leaks.
My mother and I stopped by this AutoNation yesterday (11/25/17) evening in hopes of buying her a new car. For a little over 45 mins we walked around, browsing. Not once did a sales man approach us to see if we needed help or had any questions (I guess that 20 min smoke break was more important then helping a customer). We have always bought our cars from Texan Ford (Arlington). Needless to say we will be heading over the the Arlington location to make a purchase. - No Customer Service.
I had been to this location for an oil change and a general check up early this year, around February. Oil change went fine "no problems" I was told.
it's always been easy to deal with the customer service,
I brought it in again last week for the same burning smell/squealing sound, I was told an astronomical amount for fixing leaks "all over the place".
I bought 2016 Ford Fusion with 2000 miles on it, so excited my first some what new care, needless to say 2 weeks after I had it I had to take it back in on a recall, very simple to deal with them,
