I worked with Bryan and Steve to check out the car and make the deal. They were both very knowledgeable and answered all my questions! I live a little ways away and they even took the time to pick me up from my place and take me to the dealership so I could drive my car off the lot. Awesome customer service! Carson Ingram and Steve Potter's approach to customer service was excellent. They listened to what the customer had to say and genuinely cared for the customer's needs. They were relaxed and honest upfront with what they can and cannot do with regards to financials during the negotiation process. Their approach makes the customer comfortable by putting the customer's needs first and listening to evaluate the situation without making any assumptions or aggressive tactics just to make a sale. I definitely would recommend Moritz Kia Alliance for any potential buyers that is interested in buying a new/used KIA as the entire staff at this dealership was courteous, respectful, and welcoming.
Right from the get-go we were greeted by Danny, and you could tell from the moment he introduces himself, he's someone who you can get along with really easily. When it came to actually buying the car we worked with Rusty, and let me tell you from my experience with him. He is one friendly guy, he will work with you to try and get the best deal, without the feeling of being pressured. Danny is very intelligent with Kia vehicles and could possibly answer any questions you have regarding the car you're interested in instead of having to look stuff up, unlike most salesmen who..... in not a rude way "feel" like they have to be there and work at a mediocre level, you can tell Danny is very passionate about what he does from the knowledge he shares with you about the cars Kia offer. There is a reason why this dealership is one of the highest if not the highest rated dealership in this area.
