Update. I went to discount tires and found out the tires that were on the car were super old. Brian is being awesome in responding. But this experience just isn’t what I planned. They told me the tires were new!
I️ just bought a car at McDavid Ford and it turned out to be a very positive experience. My salesman Sterling Moody was very knowledgeable about the cars and he was able to find exactly what I️ was looking for. He also made every effort to get me the best deal possible.
Let me start off by saying that I absolutely hate going through the process of buying a new vehicle. That being said, Sterling was so easy to work with. He completely took care of us in every way possible. He already had the paperwork ready so we were in and out quicker then I ever have been. I was worried after reading some bad reviews online but I can't say anything but great things about the dealership. I did plenty of research online and they had the best prices around that I could find which was a bonus. This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Thanks Sterling.
What a great dealership to buy a new vehicle from. These guys were really straight shooters from start to finish. I ended up meeting Brian the new car sales director who was very cool and easy to deal with. It was a fresh change from the normal grind when shopping for a new vehicle. 5 Stars for these guys for sure.
Started out as a good experience. The salesman was awesome. But once he got our business he fell off the face of the earth. There were some issues with the car that I had the day after and I called just to see if it could be addressed and he hung up on me. And I’ve called at least 2 times a week since I bought the car and no one ever gets to me. I’ve left voicemails. I’ve emailed multiple times and got no response. And now that I’m trying to get my car into the shop they said I don’t have a warranty. But the salesmen said it’s come with a warranty. It’s a good thing I know enough to keep the car running. Cause it’s not a good car and they won’t help me fix it. I don’t recommend buying from them.
The employees are very nice and work hard to make the perfect fit between consumer and vehicle based on the situation, not the price. The dealership is always clean. There is always someone to greet you. The inventory is endless. I take my vehicle there to get serviced and have no problems--they even detail it! Go see Sterling for all your car buying needs--he's the BEST!
