Shawn was very tentative to everything I wanted in my vehicle. I appreciated him being an active listener. He made the process very easy and simple. He laid everything out for me, showed me around the car, even did a spot clean on a few water marks on the car (wow!!). Like I said, above and beyond.
Overall one of the best car buying experiences I have had. Matt Strong went above and beyond to ensure quality service. Not only did They gave me the lowest price on my Brand new Altima and a great interest rate and treated me like i was buying a brand new Mercedes. I only allow my family and friends to buy cars from Matt Strong. Matt Strong should get promoted he is the best.
Ron was super helpful and was able to get me in a car! Love my new rouge I was upgrading from the Juke which I loved also just needed a tad more space. Love love love it! Thanks so much Ron!

I must say, I have always had great service experiences when purchasing and having my cars serviced at Ft. Worth Nissan. I recently traded up to an OVER-THE-TOP, FULLY LOADED MURANO HYBRID PLATINUM. This time of the year has proven to bring out the best deals on buying new cars. At Ft. Worth Nissan I find the sales reps friendly, eager to help and knowledgeable. This carries over into their amazing service department.

Everyone I spoke to on the phone the few days leading up to my visit introduced themselves the day I came in. The outcome was even greater, I was so greatful.
