Excellent purchase experience at Park Place Motorcars Mercedes. We purchase a vehicle from them in 2015 and have been extremely satisfied with the vehicle as well as the service! There’s a nice waiting room with complimentary coffee, snacks, soda and juice. Free WiFi is also offered with plenty of comfortable seating available.
The dealership made sure we were happy with our purchase. We purchased on car and after driving a few days, we decided we did not like it. We ask if we could return and trade for another car. They were very accommodating. Their professionalism and friendliness never wavered. Actually, I was surprised.
