UH TCU has a great community and the staff is always helpful. Any maintenance request that I put in was completed in a timely fashion and the maintenance guys were always so friendly!
Anyone looking for a beautiful new home should come tour with this place! I loved everything from the gym to the clubhouse and the friendly staff. If I hadn't made the decision to live at home again this year, this would have been my choice.

The management is truly unprofessional and a scam. They only hold events when they are resigning students for the next year. Other than that nothing. The management is unprofessional, unresponsive and are only interested in generating fines and fees. Move out is a nightmare. Save all documentation because they will be coming after you for everything real and imagined. No response just a collections agency if you do not write a check for their bogus claims. Expect no refund on deposit. They claimed I didn't even give them a deposit which was impossible. Wrote a check for the entire year and deposit. They took that, charged me an additional couple of months rent at the end and said I gave no deposit. Wanted more on top of that. When I objected they simply didn't respond and sent me to collections. No response nothing. Extremely unprofessional. Management needs fired.
The amenities are awesome, and the entire place is so nice! Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to live
