Save your money and don't do business with this company. We hired Micheal last August after a sit down interview. My husband's family lived out of town so we wanted to make sure our tenant was always taken care of we were gone. Micheal is a very smooth talker and assured us that everything would be taken care of. Fast-forward to a year later ($1200 spend with Red Team) and we received an email stating our tenant would be moving out. Micheal told me he would be handing me over to his colleague because he had become "too busy" to handle it efficiently. This was the first time we had even needed him in a year. We rolled with the punches and allowed Stella to look over the property. She promised us it would be take care of it very quickly. Our tenant moved out early on the 27th of September. Michael told me the unit had been cleaned and was in great condition. I did a walk-through on October 2nd and realized how unclean it was. There were eggs in the fridge, wooden spoons attached to the blinds, remote was missing from mounted television, floor were scraped, & a horrible touch up paint job. Even though there were several things that needed to be done it could've been done in half a days work. Instead of completing the work in a timely fashion to show the property, Red Team proceeded to show our property in poor condition. This is probably why prospective tenants were not interested in the property. He continued to push us off when we asked if things were completed; I tried to remain patient and let them handle it but by the 17th of the October the condo was nowhere close to being completed and we were getting the complete run around. Almost 3 weeks after our tenant moved out we took back over the property. Three weeks might not sound like a lot of time but you have to consider that October and November are having to be paid out of pocket now due to the property being poorly managed. When I took the property back over we had to finish all the work that he had dropped the ball on. This took us a total of six hours and it was leased the next week. But, Red Team has never completely reimbursed us what the tenant owed (water bill, remote, parking pass, etc). We sent and itemized receipt list by the deposition date but have only been compensated for a portion of the items. I'm sure we will never see that money. He was an absolute nightmare to work with and I would definitely never do business with this company.
